The Whalesbone Catering was established to mirror the award winning food and service excellence of its parent restaurant, The Whalesbone Oyster House. We take great pride in not only providing a quality product, but in supporting it with a sound understanding of food sources and systems. We offer more than just the catering experience. We are an information resource to our clients and their guests, from origin to harvesting techniques, to cooking styles, tastes and flavours. Established in 2008, The Whalesbone Catering has grown from catering the occasional small party to managing and providing for both intimate and large-scale events. Like the rest of The Whalesbone group of companies, The Whalesbone Catering is dedicated to locally sourced ingredients and Ocean-Wise certified sustainable seafood.
The Whalesbone Catering is leading a new style of catering excellence that’s knowledge-based and food-focused. Just like in our restaurants, our service staff can comfortably answer questions about how a dish was prepared, and the source and sustainability of the ingredients.
