Our available services include:
Just need some excellent food for your guests? We can provide for breakfast, lunch, multi-or single-course dinner, cocktail receptions, food stations, stationary displays, as well as food pickup and delivery.
Bar supply and service:
The Whalesbone Catering has its catering endorsement alcohol license, and can provide sommelier services, bartenders and servers. We have exclusive access to wine reps and companies not available through LCBO and if you need glass and barware rental management we can do that too.
Oyster bar catering:
Want something to stand out in your guests’ memories? Choose from our large custom-built oyster bar display with professional oyster shuckers, or our small-scale oyster bin set up with professional shucker services.
Private and public cooking/information parties:
Want a private experience? We can provide private cooking classes for small groups on or off site, informational sessions and workshops on sustainable food education including: student workshops, restaurant chefs/cooks workshops, industry and public information sessions on food and seafood sustainability.
Event and linen rental coordination:
Our experienced event co-ordinators can help manage the rental coordination on your behalf for all service ware, linens, kitchenware, tables/chairs and other items through our rental suppliers.
Venue scouting and recommendation:
With our extensive network we can source and recommend the perfect venue for your event.
Event planning, coordination and consultation:
